Gmail bulk sending
Verification stops bounces. It does not by itself keep a marketing program out of Gmail spam. For about 5,000 messages a day to personal Gmail, Google also expects the sending domain to authenticate and to honor unsubscribe requests. Domain Intelligence above reads the live records for that domain.
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, with alignment. DMARC can start at p=none.
- TLS and valid DNS. Send from your own domain, not a free mailbox.
- One-click unsubscribe (List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post), honored within two days.
- Keep the Postmaster Tools spam rate under 0.1%. 0.3% is the hard line.
- Mail people who opted in, and stop mailing addresses quiet for about 90 days.
